Department for Business and Trade (DBT) sponsorship

Sponsoring DBT or wider government events and campaigns can help drive brand awareness and grow your business in the UK and overseas.

Government Commercial Sponsorship Team聽

The Government Commercial Sponsorship Team is a cross-government sponsorship centre of expertise. The team raises and manages sponsorship of the government鈥檚 major events and campaigns in the UK and around the world. This includes:聽

  • the Great campaign聽聽
  • COP climate summits
  • world expos
  • investment summits
  • DBT tradeshows

The team supports colleagues across government on sponsorship via regional and sector business partners and through access to a Sponsorship Advisory Service.

It has provided sponsorship support and advice for government departments including:

  • Home Office聽聽
  • Cabinet Office
  • Department for Transport
  • Department for Education
  • Department for Energy Security and Net Zero聽
  • Department for Science, Innovation and Technology聽聽
  • Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office

The team also works with arm鈥檚 length bodies such as The British Council.
