Send your Landfill Tax return online
If you or your client are registered for Landfill Tax you'll need to send a return for each accounting period.
Use this service to send your Landfill Tax return. You can also use this service if you鈥檙e an agent or representative acting on behalf of a client.
You must pay Landfill Tax at the same time as filing the return.
Online services may be slow during busy times. Check if there are any problems with this service.
Before you start
You鈥檒l need:
- the Government Gateway user ID and password you used when you registered for the tax
- your Landfill Tax registration number
Check what to do if you discover an error on your return and need to make a correction for an over or under-declaration.
