Reason
Pursuant to Article聽9(1)(a), of Council Regulation (EEC) No聽2658/87, the Explanatory Notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union聽are hereby amended as follows:
On page 107, in the Explanatory note to CN subheadings聽鈥�2306聽90聽11 and 2306聽90聽19 Oilcake and other residues resulting from the extraction of olive oil鈥�, the second paragraph is replaced by the following:
鈥楩or the determination of the fat content, the method set out in Annex聽IV to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU)聽2022/2105聽is to be applied.鈥�
