Adding a team member
You can add new team members to your business tax account by following these steps.

Sign in to your business tax account as an administrator and select 鈥榤anage account鈥�.

Add the team member by selecting 鈥榊ou can give permission to others to access your business tax account鈥�.

Select 鈥榓dd a team member鈥� and enter the member鈥檚 details. Once you have added the team member, you鈥檒l get a confirmation message.

Return to the team members list where you鈥檒l find the newly added team member.

Select 鈥檙eturn to HMRC鈥�.
Giving a team member access to your services
You can give new or existing team members access to your business tax account by following these steps.

Sign in to your business tax account as an administrator and select 鈥榤anage account鈥�.

Select 鈥榞ive a team member access to a tax, duty or scheme鈥�.

On the 鈥榤anage who can access your taxes and schemes鈥� page, select the 鈥榯axes and schemes鈥� tab.

On the row for your service, select 鈥榤anage team members鈥�.

Select the team members you want to have access to the service then 鈥榮ave鈥� your choices.
