Guidance on claim procedures against NDA estate entities

The 65th Update to the Civil Procedure Rules came into effect from 31 July 2013. It extends the Low Value Personal Injury Scheme to include most personal injury claims with a value of 拢1,000 to 拢25,000. This means that (where applicable) Employers鈥� Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Act Claims occurring after 31 July 2013 will be dealt with via the online Claims Portal.
