HM Land Registry: Information Services fees

Fees vary depending on how you submit your applications to us. For reduced fees, sign up to our Business e-services (the portal and Business Gateway).

How to pay fees

You can pay for services and substantive applications by:

  • variable Direct Debit, if you have a Business e-services account
  • cheque or postal order - make payable to 鈥楬M Land Registry鈥� and send with your application to our standard address

HM Land Registry statutory fees are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
