You can claim funding if you have set up a 鈥楪et funding to improve animal health and welfare鈥� (IAHW) agreement before the vet visit. The vet will give you a summary of the animal health and welfare review or endemic disease follow-up.
When to claim听
The service ends on 19 June 2027. Your review and follow-up visits must be done by then.听You must submit your claims by 19 September 2027.
Your review claim must be approved before you claim for the resulting follow-up. You must have followed the guidance on timing of reviews and follow-ups.
What information you鈥檒l need to provide
When you claim you鈥檒l need to give details from the vet鈥檚 summary. Find out what must be included in a:
