Graduate schemes at DE&S combine on-the-job experience while working towards a professional qualification, as you join one of the top graduate jobs in Bristol. As a graduate you鈥檒l get:

Our graduate schemes take two years to complete and have a starting salary of 拢27,840-拢28,880, with annual increments.

Application process

• Start your application - Complete an initial online application on our website.

• Submit your full application - Submit a full application and upload your CV (please note the specific CV requirements on the job advert).

• Assessment centre - Top scoring candidates will be invited to an assessment centre in Bristol, where you鈥檒l undertake an interview and group exercises. This is your chance to shine.

• Provisional offer - Congratulations! We think you鈥檇 be a great fit for DE&S. We鈥檒l offer you a place on your chosen graduate scheme subject to you obtaining satisfactory grades, your references, security and health checks.

• Security checks and formal offer - Before you can join us, we need to check a few things. All our roles require Security Check (SC) security clearance as a minimum. This could take some time, so don鈥檛 worry if you don鈥檛 hear from us for a while. Once you鈥檝e passed all checks, we鈥檒l be back in touch to arrange your start date and issue your formal paperwork.
