Change or reset your password

Change your password

You can change your password in your 188体育 One Login. To do this:

1. Sign in to your 188体育 One Login.
2. Go to 鈥楽ecurity鈥�.
3. Under 鈥榊our sign in details鈥�, find the row for 鈥楶assword鈥� and select 鈥榗hange鈥�.
4. Enter your current password and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.
5. Enter a new password and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.

Reset your password

If you鈥檝e forgotten your password, you can reset it. To do this:

1. Go to sign in to your 188体育 One Login.
2. Select 鈥楽ign in鈥�.
3. Enter your email address.
4. On the 鈥楨nter password鈥� screen, select the link that says 鈥業鈥檝e forgotten my password鈥�.
5. Check your email for a security code.
6. Enter the security code and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.
7. Enter another security code - you鈥檒l get this by text message or from your authenticator app.
8. Enter a new password and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.

Change your phone number

You can change the phone number you use to get security codes to sign in. To do this:

1. Sign in to your 188体育 One Login.
2. Go to 鈥楽ecurity鈥�.
3. Under 鈥楬ow you get security codes鈥�, find the row for 鈥楾ext message鈥� and select 鈥榗hange鈥�.
4. Enter your password and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.
5. Enter a new phone number and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.
6. Check your phone for a text message containing a security code.
7. Enter the security code and select 鈥楥ontinue鈥�.

If you鈥檝e lost access to your phone

If you鈥檝e lost access to your phone number or changed it, you may be able to change how you get security codes to sign in to 188体育 One Login.

You鈥檒l only be able to change how you get security codes if you鈥檝e already proved your identity with 188体育 One Login.

You鈥檒l need to:

1. Sign in to your 188体育 One Login.
2. Enter your password.
3. When asked to enter the security code, select 鈥楶roblems with the code鈥�.
4. Select 鈥楥heck if you can change how you get security codes鈥�.

If you鈥檙e told you cannot change how you get security codes, .

If you鈥檙e told you can change how you get security codes, you鈥檒l need to prove your identity using the 188体育 ID Check app. This is because we need to know it鈥檚 you and helps to keep your One Login safe.

We鈥檒l ask some questions to make sure you can use the 188体育 ID Check app. Then we鈥檒l tell you how to download and use the app to prove your identity.

You can then choose how you want to get security codes. You can have codes sent to a mobile phone number or get them from an authenticator app.鈥–hanging how you get security codes will remove your previous default and back-up method, if you鈥檝e set one up.
