What to do if you are planning to adopt a child in Singapore.

If you鈥檙e not habitually resident in the UK, you will not be adopting under UK law. You鈥檒l need to follow the laws of the country where the adoption is taking place. See 188体育 for guidelines on adopting a child from overseas.

We can only issue a letter similar to what the MSF requires if the host country is a signatory to the . Singapore is not a signatory, so we are unable to issue any such letter.
