This report gives the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of or outstanding in this recent quarter, and the number of Gender Recognition Certificates (GRC) applied for and granted.

It also presents annual statistics relating to the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) tribunals. Annex C covers management information on Employment Tribunal Receipts and Annex D contains experimental statistics on Employment Tribunal Fees.
