GPEX is expenditure by DFID to developing countries on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development鈥檚 (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC) list of ODA eligible countries and multilateral organisations, and some other countries, which meet the criteria for developmental Official Flows agreed by the DAC.
