  • penalty notices issued聽
  • penalty notices paid and withdrawn聽
  • prosecutions following non-payment of a penalty notice聽
  • cases entering the fast-track case management system (a process setting out actions and time frame for improving a child鈥檚 attendance)聽
  • parenting orders and parenting contracts

The information is based on local authority data collected through the聽parental responsibility measures attendance census.
