Details

Latest statistics on the reoffending of adults on the probation caseload.

The quarterly release presents statistics on the reoffending of adults under supervision of the Probation Service in England and Wales. Data are available at the regional, probation area and local authority level.

The releases are produced and handled by the ministry鈥檚 analytical professionals and production staff. Pre-release access of up to 24 hours is granted to the following persons:

Ministry of Justice: Secretary of State, Minister of State, Permanent Secretary, Director General of Criminal Justice Group, Director General of National Offender Management Service, Director General of National Offender Management Service Operations, Director of Offender Management Strategy, Director of Commissioning and Operational Policy, Directors of Offender Management, Head of Partnerships Strategy Unit, Head of Performance and Regulation, Head of NOMS Reducing Reoffending Team and the relevant special adviser, policy officer and press officer.
