This release presents statistics on the diversity of the Home Office workforce. These statistics are in development, and formerly described as 鈥榚xperimental statistics鈥�, in line with聽聽published by the Office for Statistics Regulation. The statistics in this release are based on data from the Home Office鈥檚 HR system for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024. This publication聽forms part of the Home Office鈥檚 response听迟辞听Recommendation 28 of the Windrush Lessons Learned Review. The data we are publishing goes beyond the recommendation and covers broader identity categories, where possible examining representation by grade, and by different areas within the Home Office.
