This yearly report presents the key findings from the General Ophthalmic Services (GOS) data collection. The objective of GOS, through community opticians鈥� practices, is to provide preventative and corrective eye care for children; people aged 60 and over; people on low incomes; and those suffering from, or pre-disposed to, eye disease. This report presents summary information about GOS activity in England for the financial year 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016 and trends since 2004/05.
