罢丑别听FRS聽is a continuous household survey which collects information on a representative sample of private households in the United Kingdom.
Detailed information is recorded on each respondent:
- their incomes, from all sources including self-employment
- housing tenure
- caring needs and responsibilities
- disability
- expenditure on housing
- education
- pension participation
- childcare
- family circumstances
- child maintenance
- household food security and food bank usage
We have also published a Background Information and Methodology report, and accompanying data tables in XLS and ODS format.
Updates to this page

Published updated versions of the income and state support data tables, care data tables, pension participation data tables and savings and investments data tables. In the 2022 to 2023 release, one element of the low income benefits and tax credits Cost of Living Payment was not included, which has impacted on the data tables. Revisions are small, making a difference of up to a single percentage point either way, compared to the previous figures.
