Quarterly statistics on criminal and civil courts in England and Wales for whose administration the Ministry of Justice is responsible.

The quarterly releases are released by the Ministry of Justice and produced in accordance with arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

Statistical notice: Inclusion of statistics on Forced Marriage Protection Orders

A new table will be added to the Family Matters chapter of the Court Statistics Quarterly and the Judicial and Court Statistics bulletins.

In addition to Ministry of Justice professional and production staff, pre-release access to the court statistics of up to 24 hours is granted to the following postholders:
