Details

This release provides statistics on the stock of domestic properties by Council Tax Band and property attributes in England and Wales. This publication includes annual statistics from 1993 to 2023. It also includes statistics showing the number of properties inserted into and deleted from the Council Tax Valuation Lists for 1993-94 to 2022-23.

A supplementary table showing the number of properties by Council Tax band and region, county and local authority district as at 11 September 2023 was added to this publication on 21 September 2023.
