  1. We have made revisions to the ODS data files to redact details for a small number of providers in response to changes to consent arrangements.

  2. The Word, PDF and HTML versions of the 鈥楥hildcare providers and inspections as at 31 December 2017: main findings' document have been republished for this release. Two corrections have been made as follows: 1. The first sentence in the last paragraph of the 鈥楶roviders and places' section. It now reads 鈥極n 31 August 2012, the average number of places offered by childminders on the Early Years Register was 5.1, whereas on 31 December 2017, the average was 6.3. 2. A correction has been made to a sentence in the fifth paragraph of the 鈥楻egisters and places鈥� section It now reads 鈥極n 31 December 2017, 71% of childminders on the EYR were registered as offering six places.鈥�
