Details

Provides findings on the fourth work-life balance employees鈥� survey conducted in early 2011. It benchmarks key policy changes since the 2006 third work-life balance survey, including the Work and Families Act 2006, that is the extension of the 鈥榬ight to request鈥� flexible working to parents of children under the age of 17 (2009) and to co-resident carers (2007).
