Details

These documents, plus the stakeholder briefing document, form the invitation to tender (ITT) for the West Coast Partnership (WCP) that is expected to begin in September 2019.

The ITT sets out what rail services the government requires bidders to provide to run the new WCP. Bidders will respond to these documents with their propositions. The Department for Transport (DfT) will then evaluate the propositions before announcing the preferred bidder in April 2019.
