Details

This is the final version of the claims handling agreement, which was negotiated between the claimants鈥� solicitors and defendants鈥� solicitors in order to process the 175,000 claims received under the scheme. It contains details of how claims are to be handled from the beginning of the process (registering a claim) through the medical assessment process the end of the claim (settling the claim by payment or denial). The process was overseen by the presiding Judge in charge of the litigation.
