The Victims鈥� Commissioner, Baroness Newlove, published her report , on 9 September 2024.

The report looked at:

  • the experiences of victims of persistent antisocial behaviour
  • the provision of support for such victims
  • best practice in supporting victims
  • the barriers victims encounter when reporting and engaging with agencies

The government鈥檚 response sets out:

  • the actions the government will take to meet the Commissioner鈥檚 recommendations
  • cross-government work to improve support for victims
