The Victims� Commissioner, Baroness Newlove, published her report , on 9 September 2024.
The report looked at:
- the experiences of victims of persistent antisocial behaviour
- the provision of support for such victims
- best practice in supporting victims
- the barriers victims encounter when reporting and engaging with agencies
The government’s response sets out:
- the actions the government will take to meet the Commissioner’s recommendations
- cross-government work to improve support for victims
