This is a methodological report for the UKSPF place-level evaluation, summarising the output of early evaluation design, including selection of places for case studies, and the process of developing evaluation plans. The report also summarises the evaluation themes and methodologies selected across all place evaluations, as well as plans for cross-case study analysis.
