Joint Doctrine Publication (JDP) 0-20, UK Land Power (Sixth Edition) is the UK鈥檚 keystone land doctrine. It describes land power鈥檚 increasing reliance on multi-domain capabilities (maritime, air, space and cyber and electromagnetic) that enable land forces to operate on land and its interdependence with the other elements of national and military power, as well as multinational and private sector partners.聽聽

JDP 0-20, UK Land Power is relevant to all three single Services. It provides a simple and concise explanation of UK land power and represents the land domain鈥檚 contribution to developing, operating and integrating across Defence to maintain operational and strategic advantage.

Who should read this publication

JDP 0-20 is recommended to all of the UK鈥檚 partners as a simple and concise explanation of UK land power. It should be of value to joint commanders and staffs, single Service warfare branches, other government departments, partners and allies.
