This guidance sets out what importer鈥檚 will need to do to make a claim for preferential tariff treatment, based on their knowledge in accordance with chapter 3 - rules of origin and origin procedures, article 3.16.2(b) to the UK-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
