Details

This resource provides the list of UK-AWaRe classifications for antibiotics as well as a summary of the evidence-based approach used to assign classifications and members of the core working group. The list has been ratified by all 4 UK nations.

This list will support national Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) and antibiotic usage targets within the 2024 to 2029 national action plan to confront antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
