Update confirms HMCTS has now written to the vast majority of people affected to resolve their case in accordance with the Chief Magistrate鈥檚 judgment.

Welsh version updated with case outcomes.

Following the Chief Magistrate鈥檚 ruling in August, we are expecting the rest of the impacted cases to be listed for hearings between Thursday 28 November and Monday 16 December 2024 at Westminster Magistrates鈥� Court.
