as regards the second and last extension of the interim period during which the United Kingdom may derogate from the obligation to delete Passenger Name Record data of passengers after their departure from the United Kingdom
The Partnership Council,
Having regard to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part (the 鈥楾rade and Cooperation Agreement鈥�), and in particular Article 552 thereof,
has adopted this decision:

The interim period during which the United Kingdom may derogate from the obligation under Article 552(4) of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement to delete Passenger Name Record data of passengers after their departure from the United Kingdom is extended for a second and last time until 31 December 2023 pursuant to Article 552(13) of that Agreement.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
