The third statement of new regulation is a forward look of all regulations in scope of government鈥檚 鈥榦ne-in, one-out鈥� regime (including measures which are deregulatory) being introduced by the Department for Communities and Local Government which will have an impact on businesses.

They鈥檙e scheduled to come into force between 1 January 2012 and 30 June 2012. The headline figures show that the measures we鈥檙e introducing this year will reduce burdens on businesses by an estimated 拢230,000 a year.
