Details

The reviews the regulations that introduced the Commercial Credit Data Sharing (鈥楥CDS鈥�) scheme. The scheme鈥檚 objective was to increase competition among SME credit providers, by reducing information asymmetry for alternative credit providers. HMT recommends to retain the regulations.

It is green rated, fit for purpose.
