This film shows how education reforms over the last 4 years are transforming schools in England.
It includes comment by headteachers, teachers, governors and educationalists who have:
- played leading roles in introducing the reforms
- been on the frontline and witnessed first-hand the benefits the reforms have already had
The participants explain how the academies and free schools programmes have given great heads and teachers more freedom to:
- innovate
- spread their excellence
- use their energy, talent and skills in different ways
