The guidance is issued in respect of the National Crime Agency, Serious Fraud Office, Financial Conduct Authority, HM Revenue and Customs, the Crown Prosecution Service and Public Prosecution Service in Northern Ireland. These are referred to in the guidance as 鈥榬elevant authorities鈥�.
