This year has been about building our approach to handling people鈥檚 complaints based on feedback about our service - an approach that provides consistency, gives people confidence in the service they will get and produces a fair decision. Last year we completed 4,085 investigations and resolutions about 4,710 organisations. We upheld 40% of the complaints we investigated.
