The Green Deal Guidance for the Property Industry in Great Britain is of interest to people selling, letting (social or private rented sector) or transferring a property other than through sale or letting, as well as those advising them.

A set of Frequently Asked Questions have been prepared jointly by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML). They are intended to be a living document and will be kept under review and expanded over time as the Green Deal develops.
