Details

The House of Lords Select Committee on the sets out the findings from the committee鈥檚 post-legislative scrutiny of the Act and includes over 70 conclusions and recommendations. The government鈥檚 response sets out their position including conclusions and recommendations.

A follow-up report was published on 8 November 2022 detailing the government鈥檚 response to the post-legislative scrutiny of the Licensing Act 2003.
