The second report supplements the first, reflecting both the limited activity under the Act during the 2011 to 2012 reporting period and the fact that (as a result of the independent reviewer鈥檚 5th and 6th recommendations in 2011), fuller information on the application of the Act was made available in the quarterly ministerial statements on the operation of the UK鈥檚 Counter-Terrorist Asset-Freezing regime. The report made one further recommendation, which was accepted by the government in its response of February 2013.
