Details

Use form AAG3 to let HMRC know you鈥檙e a user of a scheme that has no promoter or is promoted by a lawyer who can鈥檛 make a full notification.

You can either:

  • email the form
  • fill in the form on-screen, print it off and post it to HMRC

Email HMRC to聽ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

Before you start using the postal form

You鈥檒l need to fill the form in fully before you can print it. You can鈥檛 save a partly completed form so you should gather all your information together before you start to fill it in.
