Please find below information relating to FOI request 鈥楽ums paid to trade unions鈥�.
We were asked about sums paid to Trade Unions and Union Facility time.
No sums were paid directly by the Wales Office to any trade unions in either 2008-09 or 2009-10.
In line with the ACAS Code of Practice 鈥淭ime off for Trades Union Duties and Activities鈥�, one member of staff had 11 hours trade union facility time during the 2009-10 period with PCS. This equates to around 0.01 fte (full time equivalent)
