Details

This suite of documents, plus the Stakeholder briefing document (attachment I), forms the invitation to tender (ITT) for the South Western rail franchise that is expected to begin in June 2017.

ITTs set out what rail services, the government requires bidders to provide when running franchises. Bidders will respond to these documents with their propositions. The Department for Transport (DfT) will then evaluate the propositions before announcing the preferred bidder in February 2017.
