Details

There are 3 routes called tracks that a judge can allocate your case to:

  • small-claims track 鈥� for less complicated claims with a value of up to 拢10,000, although there are some exceptions
  • fast track 鈥� for claims with a value of between 拢10,000 and 拢25,000
  • multi-track 鈥� for very complicated claims with a value of 拢25,000 or more

Guidance EX306 is for the small claims track and guidance EX305 is for the fast track and multi-track.
