Presents findings from a survey that interviewed 7,783 UK businesses with between 1 and 249 employees between December 2007 and February 2008. Aims to assess the needs and concerns of the UK鈥檚 small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and identify the obstacles that constrain them in fulfilling their potential.
