Small Business: GREAT ambition builds on work to support budding entrepreneurs to start up a business and focuses on small businesses who are ready to scale up their business. It sits alongside our Industrial Strategy, giving clarity on and confidence in the government鈥檚 approach to support small business growth.

The launch of 鈥楽mall business: GREAT ambition鈥� is part of a wider programme of activity to promote the support available for small businesses and includes the .

鈥楽mall Business: GREAT Ambition鈥� is supported by the analysis paper, 鈥�SMEs: enablers of success and economic rationale for government intervention鈥�, which brings together the evidence on SMEs and provides the economic and analytical backdrop to the interventions proposed.
