On World Menopause Day, 18 October 2023, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) published the聽鈥淣o Time to Step Back鈥�听谤别辫辞谤迟.

This summarised the work of Helen Tomlinson in the first 6 months after her appointment and highlighted progress made by businesses during this time.

This 12-month report provides a further update and reflects on Helen鈥檚 first year as the Government鈥檚 Menopause Employment Champion, develops themes from the No Time to Step Back 6-month report, and shares progress made against Helen鈥檚 Four Point Plan.
