This form is for persons affected by a ship鈥檚 specification or designation, or persons acting on their behalf to request:

  • the revocation of the ship鈥檚 specification, or
  • that the Secretary of State use their best endeavours to secure that the ship ceases to be designated by the United Nations Security Council (or one of its subsidiary organs)
