This is the government鈥檚 legal position on the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill 2023 (鈥渢he Bill鈥�) and accompanying measures.

The Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill received Royal Assent on 25 April 2024 and will now be known as the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Act 2024.
