The Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) has been notified that WRS (Xiamen) Technology Co. Limited in China has been representing that EC Type examination (Module B +D) certificates relating to A.1/1.30 Retro-Reflective sheeting 鈥� Class II 鈥漌RS1000鈥� have been issued to it, by Lloyds Register under the authority of the MCA. However, neither the MCA, nor Lloyd鈥檚 Register have any record that this company has ever been, a client of Lloyds Register or received such certification from the MCA or Lloyd鈥檚 Register.
