OPG鈥檚 safeguarding strategy explains what we鈥檒l do to improve our safeguarding service between 2019 and 2025.
This strategy sets out how we鈥檒l:
- increase awareness among safeguarding partners of our role and responsibilities
- work more closely with safeguarding partners to prevent concerns arising
- use a 鈥榥o wrong door鈥� approach to deal with all concerns that are reported to us
- encourage a working culture which puts the user first
- provide greater support for our users
