Details
This revised direction required the council to continue to take steps to improve its children鈥檚 social care services, including co-operating with the Department for Education鈥檚 (DfE鈥檚) appointed Improvement Adviser.
This revised direction replaced the earlier statutory direction issued to Torbay Council in December 2019.
The direction was revoked on the 4 July 2022 following and is no longer in force.
